The Georgia Center for Performance Excellence (GCPE), a non-profit organization empowering organizations to achieve excellence statewide, is challenging Georgia’s principals and superintendents to evaluate the state’s educational performance and develop an action plan for improvement.
GCPE is spearheading efforts to improve the Peach State’s educational ranking with its “Georgia’s Mindshift for Education” event, Friday, September 19th, 8:30-11:30am, at the Intercontinental Hotel Buckhead Atlanta. The first of its kind, the event also features an online challenge for principals and superintendents – granting the first 80 to complete the survey free admission.
The program is lined up with a keynote speaker and panel discussion by educational innovators and pioneers that will provide participant valuable insights, supported by many years of experience.
The workshop will use GCPE's Framework for Excellence, which is built on the Malcolm Baldridge Criteria for Performance Excellence, to help school systems prepare to achieve breakthrough results. The session will offer specific tools and strategies that school systems can take away to improve organizational performance. Additionally, participants will be exposed to opportunities to receive recognition for their journey towards Performance Excellence.
